Has anyone found how to get new mini map pictures into the gameand how to set the coordinates in the .are file? I am trying to add the mini maps for M4_78. I found how to create the maps in 3dsmax but cannot figure out how to get them into the game.
thanks to anyone who can help.

I'm not sure but it looks like maps should look like this:
lbl_map204TEl for example, so if the module is 801DRO then it would be
lbl_map801DRO, end etc.
p.s.: how have you made 3ds max to do maps? You've just cobined them? Or used kind of utility?

i assemble the maps in 3ds max from using the the tutorial for how to assemble maps for kotor tool then you can save them as a .tga file and edit them in paint shop pro.
well after a few hours last night I was able to get the map to show up in the game.
the problem is the x y coordinates for centering the map. Does anyone know how to
get the proper coordinates for the map?

you are correct about the naming of the maps. the whole key to them seems to be
the x,y coordinants in the .are file. I can get the maps to show up but the orientation
of your position to where you are on the map is not correct.
