Each module contains and is made up of multiple models usually consisting of about 10 on average. These are broken down and have to be edited seperate of each other. Now a big drawback is the fact that the area model format has not been fully cracked so this makes it difficult to make changes and then put the area model back into the game without big blackholes at times where texture is supposed to be.

It means that you can look up the names of the .MDL files by checking the name of the .ARE file (in this case m13aa.are) inside the module's RIM file (in this case danm13.rim).

Then look for a .LYT file with the same name (m13aa.lyt in this case) inside layouts.bif with KotorTool. Open this .LYT file with KotorTool and you will find the names of the MDL (and associated files) indented under the under roomcount keyword, one mdl file per line (there are 21 mdl files in the case of danm13).
