Hey, i just thought of something..
GB is going to benefit from the release of Episode 2 next year, so do you think the first expansion pack will feature Episode 2 campaigns and units ?

i sure do...

(hint to posters: some people don't like spoilers, so don't go into detail about the movie here)..

and boy could I spoil! But i have enough restraint...maybe ;)


It is possible that we may see civs from Episode two in the expansion, especially considering we will see THREE Races in enough detail in Episode two to make them playable civs. Two of those cultures are BRAND NEW! the other one, is a traditional race that we are familiar with, but now we will see more of their culture than ever before!

I could name the cultures without spoiling the movie, but I will only name them if you want to know.

Oh and all three, after Episode II comes out, we will know ALOT more about than we ever did of the Wookies and Kashyyyk (sp)
and they are a playable species. So I think it's VERY plausible!

i know which ones you mean, and i agree. the official site has posted some subtle hints to certain species and stuff, but i really don't want to step onto someone's toes and have a thread spoil something for them.

Not a problem....I know and that's enough to make me happy :D

And if you know what 3 species I'm talking about, It would be a SWEET expansion! they could call it simply Episode II expansion!

well, if we ARE going to talk expansions (lord knows we do already :rolleyes: ), then i'm sure Lucasarts will go all-out on it.

Yes, we are pretty bad about it, but what else is there to talk about? Plus, it is fun.

Maybe they could include the three new species, and the three we've been talking about, we could call it Gallatic Battle Groungs: Episode II and beyond. :D

It would be cool.

An Episode 2 race, an Expanded Universe Race (Yuuzhan Vong) and a Race from the classic Trilogy (I don't know Trandoshans, Mon Calamari)
