The Adventures of Jaden Lennon

Looking back, Jaden Lennon, now known as the Exile, didn’t regret his choices of going to war. The Republic needed help and Jaden knew that the Jedi Order wouldn’t help them, until it was too late. The transport ship arrived at the entrance of the Jedi Temple, the sanctuary for all the Jedi and once Jaden. Instead of immediately getting on, Jaden took one last look at what was once his home. Now he knew that it would be a place where none of the Jedi Masters would wish to see him again.

“Come on!” The pilot shouted at Jaden, “I haven’t got all day!”

The pilot beeped his horn impatiently. Jaden sighed, picking up his suitcase, with all his remaining possessions inside. He sat down on an empty seat near a small window. The transport shook slightly and moved away from Jaden’s only family. The only family he ever knew. Now he would be living the exile life, trying not to come in contact with any of his Jedi companions. As the transport left Coruscant, Jaden decided where he would go next. He would go into the furthest reaches of the Outer Rim, somewhere where he wouldn’t be recognised.

“Attention passengers!” The pilot announced over the transport, “The Harbinger will be docking at the desert Planet of Tatooine! If you plan to leave here, please don’t leave any of your belongings behind and prepare to leave.”

Tatooine. The perfect place for an exile to start. The only thing Jaden wondered was what he was going to do once he arrived.

The Sky Eagle landed on Tatooine, a little before the usual tourist shuttle came in. The loading ramp opened and outside of it came a man and a woman. The woman came in a tan sleeveless shirt and pants with brown shoes. Her torso was covered by a tan mantle. About the man, all people could see was brown sleeve-like pants and brown boots. The torso was covered with a green mantle, but this one had a hood. He pulled it down, revealing his short spiky blonde hair and blue eyes.

"So, where are we going Ewan?" She asked him.

"I'd like a cantina right now Amber, you in?" Ewan asked her.

"Sure," She answered Ewan, envolving her arm around his, following him to the Cantina.

((Off-topic: Ewan's outfit is like Zayne's from the KOTOR comics, and Amber's like Padmй's on Mustafar. Just thought i should clear that out.))

The memory of his exile still flashed in Jaden’s mind. The Jedi Temple stood before him, as the Jedi Master, Jorran Corral and the soldier, Carth Onasi, had escorted him.

“I can’t do this.” Jaden told them both.

“Don’t fear my young Jedi friend,” Jorran told Jaden, “I myself have been through the worst of times. Times of the war with Exar Kun, but that is another story.”

“Perhaps the Jedi will let you stay with them.” Carth told Jaden.

“I doubt it,” Jaden told him, “The Jedi sometimes can’t forgive the crimes that their own apprentices had done.”

Jaden turned to walk towards the Jedi Temple.

“Good luck!” Both Jorran and Carth shouted from behind.

Jaden didn’t reply. He just wanted to get this over with.

*****
The winding corridors soon led Jaden to the council room. The Jedi Council included five Jedi Masters. Master Vrook, a grumpy old Jedi Master who was always there to criticise the padawans. Master Vash was one of the only female masters on the Jedi Council, the other being Master Atris. The other two Jedi Masters were Zez-Kai Ell and Jaden’s own master, Master Kavar. The trial began.

“Do you know why we have called you here?” Master Vrook asked, a tone of impatience in his voice.

Jaden sighed. He felt weak, being interrogated by the Jedi Masters. Now he knew how prisoners felt if a Jedi was interrogated.

“You have called me to answer for my crimes on Malachor V.” Jaden admitted, feeling ashmed.

"As Revan summoned you, so have you come full circle to return to the Jedi.” Master Kavar continued.

Jaden didn’t know what that meant, but didn’t ask any questions, since he thought it would make him feel even guiltier.

"Why did you defy us?” Master Zez-Kai Ell asked, “The Jedi are guardians of the peace and have been for centuries. This call to war undermines all that we have worked for.”

“Is Revan your master now?” Master Atris asked, who like Vrook, had a tone of impatience in her voice, “Or is it the horror you wrought at Malachor that has caused you to see the truth at last?”

“I realise that following Revan to war was in violation of the Jedi Code,” Jaden told them all, trying to remain as calm as possible, “And I broke it, knowingly defying the wishes of the Jedi Council.”

“You refuse to hear us,” Master Zez-Kai Ell told Jaden, “You have shut us out, and so have shut yourself to the galaxy. Know that there is no turning back from this judgment. It is good you recognize this. It means you will understand why you must leave us. We feel that your true understanding of what happened at Malachor V will only happen in time. And it cannot happen here, near the battlegrounds where you fought.”

Why I must leave them? Jaden thought, it can’t be. I’ll be exiled I just know it.

“You are exiled, and you are a Jedi no longer.” Master Vash told Jaden, speaking for the first time, since the trial began.

There is one last thing.” Master Vrook told Jaden.

Oh great, I knew there would be something. Jaden thought.

“Your Lightsaber. Surrender it to us.” Master Vrook continued.

Jaden hung his head in shame and reached for his Lightsaber. He took one last look at it, before igniting it, revealing its blue blade and before thrusting it into the stone. Without turning to look at the Jedi Masters, Jaden turned and walked away.

*****
The Jedi Temple doors opened and Jaden walked out, not prepared to do anything. Carth ran up towards Jaden.

“How did it go?” He asked.

Jaden didn’t say anything. He still felt shocked from his trial.

“Leave the poor boy alone,” Jorran told Carth, “He has been exiled, I can sense it.”

“Why don’t we talk to the Jedi Council and see if they will allow him back?” Carth asked.

“In time, they will,” Jorran told him, “Things like this pass in time. But not now, not while they still fear for his life.”

Jaden turned to his old friends.

“I will take a transport and leave Republic space,” Jaden told them, “Perhaps I will have a more successful life out there then the life I spent here, learning the ways of the Jedi.”

“Jaden, please don’t do this,” Carth told him.

“I have no choice,” Jaden told him, “The Jedi are no longer my life. I need to find myself a new life and I can only do that if I leave.”

“Well if you’re sure,” Jorran told him, “Carth and I shall be leaving now. Carth go on ahead, I need to talk to Jaden alone.”

Jorran walked towards Jaden and placed his hand on Jaden’s shoulder.

“It is has been great telling you stories and teaching you,” He told Jaden, “Know this. Know that the fate of your future will be your new adventure. I hope to see you again.”

“Thank you Master Corral.” Jaden told him.

“Oh please, just call me Jorran.” Jorran told him, laughing, before walking off.

*****
“We’ve arrived at Tatooine!” The pilot shouted, “Remember if you want to get off here, please get your belongings and pay up here.”

Jaden picked up his suitcase and walked towards the pilot. He handed him one hundred Credits and got off the transport ship. He had been dropped off at Anchorhead. It was an establishing mining facility, but it did have several places of work and housing. A new life. A new life to live out.

Cao's Sith Inflitrator slowly decent to the planet of Tatooine. As wind and clouds zoomed past his view from the cockpit the city of Anchorhead however instead of heading for the landing pads, he turned and headed towards a small Tusken Raiders camb not too far from the city. Before he landed he dropped a bomb which took it out. He then landed among the rubble and waited for orders from his master.

Gilrath walked out of the small canteen and sat down in his full Mandalorian armour returning the evil looks people were giving him as if he had killed thousands of people. If only they new I havn't been around for the madalorain wars... He thought to himself.
Gilrath thought back to all those years ago when he was Exiled after his Master was brutaly muredewred and he was blamed by the council. He sat there infront of the canteen when suddenly he heard a small beep come from his comunicatoir and he got up and headed to a small alleyway.

" Yes?" Gilrath said into the communictor but all he got in response was more beeping and bzzing and then finnaly a clear voice.

" This isss Ricksss servantsss Bavarsss," the voice said and then there was mall buzzing and bleeping.

" And what is it my brother wants now?" Gilrath asked waiting for the buzzing and beeping to stop.

" Yousss owe himsss a favourssssss," The voice replied and then the comunicator when back to the buzzing and bleeping.

" Look im not killing any more Jedi I was once one aswell, " Gilrath spoke into the communicator then looked around to check no one was listening in on his conversation.

" Yousss willssss killsssss the Jedi Jadensssss or youssss willssss be kiledssssss." The hissing voice replied again Gilrath cut out the comunicator then looked around him.

" What are you doing here Ali," he said to himself as he walked out of the Alley way and looked at the onscreen information that started opear on his helmet with detail on Jaden.

“Die you vile beasts!” Gresta ‘Morsalee shouted as he brought his blade down on the skull of the 25th creature to attack him since he had left Anchorhead an hour ago. He was now being attack by a pack of Wraids. The creature’s body thrashed about for a moment after its skull was caved in, and then went still.

A screech of rage came from one of the Wraids and it charged foreword. ‘Morsalee dodged and brought his blade down on the neck of the Wraid, severing its head from its body. The other Wraids then began to circle him and take snaps at him. “Your deaths will be quick and painless.” He said to the Wraids as they closed in on him.

Truth walked into the cantina in Anchorhead and saw his target. Or more specifically to say, his target’s force aura, since Truth was a Miraluka. The target looked a bit nervous. Truth was silent as he walked up behind the target and then he snapped his targets neck with ease. The cantina went silent for a moment, and then it went back to usual. People dieing in there was usual. The target was either stupid or brave for coming here.

Truth searched his target and found what he was looking for: A data chip with all of a certain Hutt’s dealings, with interesting side affects if in the right hands. Truth then felt something… odd. He wasn’t sure what is was, it just stood out from the rest of the planet. He pushed the feeling to the back of his mind and left the cantina. This was not the time for thinking about something irrelevant to the objective.

Ewan and Amber entered in a Cantina, it was a Tarisian Style one.

"What do you say about this one?" He asked her.

"Can be," She told him, kissing in the cheek.

They made their way inside. It was blue-coloroued, to their amazement. They sat down and a waitress quickly made their way there.

"Welcome to the Taris Home Cantina. How may i serve you?" She asked.

"We'd both like a Tarisian Ale and to accompany it, a Naboo Sheep Cheese Sandwhich please," Ewan politely told her as she wrote it down. She bowed, and while doing that, accidentally noticed Ewan's lightsaber. She got a curious look on her eyes, and walked to the bartender, and whispered something to his ears.

"I have a bad feeling about this Amber. Ready your blasters," He told her as she nodded.

(Off-Topic: Jason, I was thinking of getting a job for Jaden at a cantina, so I might meet your Characters).

*****
Jaden entered the nearby cantina known as the Taris Home Cantina. Hopefully there would be a job here. He knew that he needed the money.

"Hey, Mr. Wasulr," The young waitress told her boss.

"What is it Nora?" He asked her.

"Those two customers," She said, pointing at Ewan and Amber, lowering the tone of her voice, "One of them has a lightsaber, so they might be Jedi."

"JEDI?! Keep an eye on them, they might trouble," He whispered to her. Although, they weren't aware of it, Ewan was hearing it, loud and clear.

"Sounds like we aren't getting such a warm welcome here," Ewan whispered to Amber.

Ewan was eating his sandwhich while Amber drank her ale, both looking for suspicious looks. She noticed a man behind Ewan nodding to a woman behind Amber which Ewan noticed, both with a grin. Ewan got his ale and started drinking. Some seconds later, the man took out two blasters, as did the woman. Amber had her hand in the hilt of her Vibrosword, and Ewan in his Lightsaber. Then, Ewan nodded, they both let go of their drinks and turned around, lightsaber ignited and Vibrosword taken out, both at front of their foes' throat.

"Alright, what is your business with us?" Ewan asked the man.

"You're a Jedi, aren't you? You filthy beasts are ruining the Republic, you're going to destroy it, Revan is going to do that!" He shouted.

"What is going on here?!" The bartender shouted, "No fights in the cantina!"

Ewan deactivated his saber. The man, not worthy of trust, shot repeatdly, aiming at Amber's back, but Ewan quickly ignited his saber again, deflected the shots and cut his hands off. The man screamed in pain.

"Next time, don't try to arm confusion and never, but NEVER try to shoot my girlfriend," He smiled. The woman shouted and simply ran off.

"Hey what's going on around here?" Jaden asked, "I didn't know today was kill-each other day."

The bartender started to get even angrier.

"No need for anger my friend," Jaden told him, "I'm here just to see if you have any jobs you can offer me."

The bartender calmed down and ignored the three people who had been in trouble.

"I can offer you an hour shift, but that's all." The bartender told Jaden.

"Fine with me," Jaden told him, "I'll start now."

A middle aged man walked into his backalley home in the streets of Tatooine. He pulled out a bottle of liquor and sat down at his kitchen table. Stretching out his arms after a hard days work mining in the dunes. Before he could take a sip of his drink, a wire wrapped around his neck and began to strangle him. He tried to resist, but another two men held him down in his chair. Another man sat down in the chair opposite him. Even with his white hair, he still looked like a shadowy figure.

"I hope you were not beginning to think we would not find you Kellas." Durz said nonchalantly. He reached across the table to and ripped open his shirt, revealing a necklace with a datachip attached to it. Durz ripped it off and examined it. "Exchange business contacts, smuggling routes, schedules...you could have done a lot of damage with this." He said as he snapped the datachip in half and pocketed the pieces. He then signaled for his men to release Kellas.

Kellas fell to the ground struggling madly to catch his breath. When he looked up, all he saw was the barrel of a silver blaster pistol, a flash of red, then nothing.

Ewan noticed the one who had just walked in and his face was familiar, but now was not the time. He de-activated his saber and then looked at the screaming man.

"Hey, that heals and your hand grows up again, but i'm guessing you'll still be mentally scarred. Buh-bye," He told him, getting out of the cantina followed by Amber.

"Well, what do you say about me showing off my great swoop racing skills and "swooping" the competition's backside out of the lane?"

"How about we go to an apartment and get some rest?"

"You mean..."swooping" rest?"

"No, rest like sleeping."

"Fine by me."

A strang man walked around a corner and up to Hanbacca. The strang part was that fact he looked like any ordinary person, aside from the brown, ragid robes. "Are you Hanbacca? My master wishes to have a word with you."
