Hi, I'm new here. Sorry to be rude, but I wanted to brag.
I just got in the mail my S&M Sketchbook and Max/Pirates t-shirt! Woo.
Sorry, I'm just so happy and wanted someone to tell someone who would appreciate it. My roommate just looked at me when I showed her.
I sure as ****ing **** don't appreciate it. You tell us how the **** you got it or buzz the **** off!
Yeah, whatever the asterisk Gerbil said! You better not hold out on us, noob! (Also, welcome to the S&M board.)
I ordered the two things direct from Steve Purcell. I sent him an email saying I heard about the merch at the ComicCon and asked him where I could buy it. He had me PayPal him the payment and he mailed them out the next day. He was running low on mens shirts.
What the ****, Steve! Tell me these things.
That's so awesome. I hate you! But secretly I still love and envy you.
Great Idea!!!! I almost would, but I'm trying to save some money now anways. Plus I'm lazy.
Steve listed his new public email address in the new sketchbook. It's steve@samandmax.com.
Hop to it people, whore some merchandise.
Okay for those who need the sketchbook still:
"I sell the signed books for $20.00 through the mail. Postage is 4.00 for the
first book plus 1.00 for each additional book. You can Paypal me at
s.purcell@comcast.net or mail a Money Order to:
Steve Purcell
PO Box 2615
Petaluma, CA 94953
Let me know if you want it personalized to anyone.
Thanks for resending your message.

So, what is the size of this thing, regarding measurements and page count?
It is actually a threaded set of 10 4x6 postcards on cardstock.
It's like 5"x8", black & white/greyscale, about 70 pages long.
I put my order in! Thanks Gerbil, much obliged!
This is going to be available in the next Telltale store update though, right?
Steve wrote that it would be available at Telltale also.
But don't you want to be exclusive?
I'm definitely pro-exclusivity, and I'm alright with my monies going directly to Steve Purcell. Plus, I wonder if he'd still be personalizing them through the Telltale site?
holy **** he lives in Petaluma. That's the town next to me! I'm gonna trick or treat there!

Where do you live? I grew up in Petaluma. Crazy.
I'm from Sonoma. Going to school in Santa Fe now. Stevie P actually replied to my email and said he went down to Santa Fe last year and loved it. I got all excited like a little schoolgirl and wrote him a long email about how Lucas Valley Ranch should be called Hidden Valley Ranch, because I tried to sneak in once but the gate security said "there's no such thing as Lucas Valley Ranch, this is Big Rock Ranch". I gave them the old shuttle tyderian treatment, but they wouldn't fall for it (I was in a 1990 chevy cargo van at the time). Anyway Steve stopped replying to my emails after that.
We were replying emails to each other but it just took me mentioning getting Sullivan Entertainment to put the Sam and Max TV series to DVD to coincide with the game release to stop him from writing back to me.
Yeah, he's a jerk like that, isn't he?
Goddamnit, I can't afford this and a CB set.
What is this CB?
Civil Band Radio, so I can taunt truck drivers.
It's what all the cool kids are doing now a days.
They sure have the hats for it.
In other news, I got my sketchbook too! He drew Max in it and wrote my name and I think I'm going to even save the box. That was a pretty rad feeling.
I threw the box away. You're a sentimental jackass.
Did your max come in color? Mine didn't. If yours did I will gut you.
Hey Itchy, post quotes from the parts in the book where they tell him to change stuff in the show. That part was funny, but I don't have time to copypasta (oops) right now.
pg. 15: delete Max's "he's getting all engorged again."
