Ok fellas I wanna change the saber sounds in Kotor I mean all of them not only twirls and swing or humming - I think adding new clashes and hits wud be nice. So then I dowloaded editing program and now I have to do the worst find the files responsible for these effects.. so could domeone help me out? What do I have to look for?

If I've interpreted your post right, are you trying to change animations? Sounds can be altered, but we can't change animations to that extent (yet).

Nah, I meant only to change the sound of clashing saber and sounds of saber connecting the flesh and stuff like that... thing is I cant find the files which I got to replace (name the same and put in Override )...

I don't know if I'm right as I didn't listen to the sounds, but I believe they are located KotOR Tool > BIFs > sounds.bif > cb_ls_xxxxxx.wav, just fyi, I think (cb = combat; ls = lightsaber, and the rest is self-explanatory)

yea, thats how it works... though for sounds I think you put them in the streamsounds folder and not the override folder, but I'm not sure on that one.

You can see what I did to make changes to some of the sounds of the game and use that as a reference on how to make these changes.
