Depends on what you do. Do you rp, pvp, both.

I was in WAKE for a time and let me say they are great. They also team up with SHC as well. Either guild would be good. They mostly do PvP and PvE but they also help those lowbies grind up quickly with grinding missions. For WAKE, contact Shea/cassandra'/marianna or synap/dantel. For SHC contact Daren/Darenn. i dont know of any other guilds off the top of my head.
