this is my first reskin, so sorry if it's crappy. what it does is make one of the male heads "as white as a ghost". just put it in your override folder.

It is just white picture. You'll better increase brightness of the original texture, but not make it just white! And it will be good if you will add alpha to your texture after the first step.
well i edited the head so it's completly invisible now. i'll update the above post in a minute.
