When I try to load Star Wars Battlefront II, it crashes to the desktop. I am trying to uninstall, and the install it again to see if this fixes the problem. But an error message pops up when I try to uninstall:

When I click okay, another window pops up:

Setup has experienced an error.
Please do the following:
-Close any running programs
-Empty your temporary folder
-Check your Internet connection (Internet-based Setups)
Then try to run the Setup again.
Error code: -5001



I did everything it said, but nothing worked. What should I do?
