Yes, that looks like the slight reskin and model tweak I did for the Handmaiden (
http://img135.imageshack.us/img135/629/maiden3ek.jpg). One small correction though, it's not included in the Handmaiden Choice Hack (that one only negates the gender checks and allows you to pick between the Handmaiden and Disciple with a female Exile). :)
It's in the "Handmaiden Clothes (

That mod will give the Last of the Handmaidens the above adjusted model and texture, while the rest of the "Handmaiden Sisters" will keep the original look, to make the LotH a bit more distinct from them. (Normally they use the exact same model and texture despite the Exile repeatedly pointing out, during conversations, that the LotH looks different from the others.)
