then u hit start and go to player list it says

Name Team Ping Send Receive

my question is wut is the Send and Recieve parts?

wut r they for? it looks like they're r speakers below them any thoughtS?

Sorry, can't help much. Are you talking about xbox live? Sounds to me like an option to send messages to other players. I dunno, maybe try posting in the general discussion forum.
