Very odd. The best thing to do is firstly make sure everything is updated (drivers and especially directx 9c, which is on the CD/DVD) - try it then. If it still comes up with that error, uninstall the game from the control panel but actually select repair and fingers crossed that should do it.

Failing that, do a total uninstall then re-install the game . Did you have any mods installed for this error to happen?

I don't have.

By the way, can you make me a list of drivers to be update (with the links to download it) so I can prepare it.

Maybe my problem caused about drivers because I just reformated my PC 2 weeks ago before I bought my game, I think that I might didn't install some drivers, so please provide me some downloads of recommended drivers. So that I can check if I got it.
Thx in advance!

Ah. If only life was that simple. Do you know the make of your graphics card? Its important that you find this out. If you can post a dxdiag, i can also check your direct x9 drivers.

To do this, follow the steps from this link http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=155333) for dxdiag info.

Then post your results here.
