Hi everyone, I usually hang out in the Grim Fandango forum, but i got some news that might interest you guys. I recently purchased issue no.127 of the magazine PC PowerPlay, and near the back of it, to my great happiness, I found a 4-page article on Sam and Max Hit The Road, a big interview with Steve Purcell.
*smiles* Just so you know.
how about maybe producing some scans of the article, for us all to enjoy? :D
yea seriously...share the love buddy...
I'd love to, but i don't have a scanner
Anti-climatic! Also, welcome to this neck of the woods.
*smiles* thank you. And when i said i don't have a scanner, that was sorta a half-truth. I do have access to one, and may be able to...well u know
I hate the word "snarky" and I hate the phrase "mind you."
Anyways it was good.
But someone stole Scummbuddy's DVD cover and published without permission!

Great now Gerbil's out looking for the guy with his crossbow. Nice article though.
First, thanks for the scans.
Second, wow, Im surprised that they even used that graphic in their article. And for one thing, it isn't mine. They were created by Laserschwert and I was to use them in the DVD of the Sam and Max cartoons, but I never was able to find all of the episodes, and it didn't feel right to put them out there for everyone without them.
I suppose I'm also just waiting for the people I told at Sullivan Entertainment that TellTale has the rights to the new game and they should really coincide a DVD release of the episodes at the same time.
*smiles* No problem. I actually bought the magazine just for that one article.
Nifty! Thanks for the read!
Also, good luck with the DVD, Scummbuddy. Some of the episodes didn't really win me over, but there are enough gems in the bunch for me to more than willingly slap down some cash.
