i was playing today, and was extremely depressed by the absolutely huge amount of lag. so, i went on the trusty msn, asked a couple of friends, and they all seemed to have the same problem. so... is this a local thing, or was there a rather large amount of it for everyone on this day? (29/4/06)

There has always been a lag problem in the console versions of Battlefront II. They released a patch for the Xbox version that was supposed to fix the lag, but of course I cannot go one match without the connection symbol flashing on the lower right of my screen.
thast exaclt what im talking about. but its only just started getting stupidly out of control. i hit a clone trooper dead on with a rocket launcher, nothing happened and then all of a sudden i was on the other side of the map (it was on geonosis) :xp: wtf?!?!?
the samething happens on the ps2 i throw a granade then i end up falling from the sky and back up again up and down over and over like the game was modded or something
(this was on Hoth)
