Well, I've played around with it and it's basically useless as far as i've seen.

Typing "?" gives you a list of commands, the only one available seems to be "players" which turns on/off a list of players when in a map.

Eg: "players 0" turns display off where "players 1" turns it on.

There is also a special file - "ConsoleCommands.txt" - which is automatically executed when the game is started.
