ok, heres what i got. i redid a few things to adjust my skirmash game.

gave Piet a better ship, the e3 varriant. its a little stronger and adjusted its size so slightly bigger then the regular sd and lowered it on the z plane a little.

made a slightly bigger victory that sits a little higher on the z plane, and made it so theres only 1 available thrue the spacebuildableskirmash,

but now i want to give the victory a name thats different then just the standard victory name that shows up when bulding.

anyone know how to do this?

Add a new unit name string in "...GameData/Data/Text/MasterTextFile_ENGLISH.DAT" - you will need a .DAT editor to do this. I got mine from the Star Wars Nexus website (http://eawnexus.com/) - it's free of course :)
