I was wondering if any of the great modders here could PLEASE make a mod that either tones down pirates to be significantly weaker or removes them from the galaxy all together. They are insanely overpowered, i dare say more powerful then both the Empire and Rebellion, i was skirmishing on a planet that had a pirate base on it, and these damnable pirates where annhillating BOTH my Imperial Forces and the Rebels at the same time! Totally unrealistic moreover they mess up auto resolve. Just delete them or something.

In fact i would like a mod to be able to play as the pirates. So instead of just making a mod to get rid of them can someone make a mod where you can play as them
