i got a few but does someone no all of them i can't seem to find them.

It depends what MOD you are running... a few of them use the "/amcode" format and they're all different. Best to find out what MOD the server is running and look up the documentation online for the MOD.
ja plus uses the am codes for the admin stuff.
So try the JA+ documentation/website/forum. That should be your best bet.
/Amcodes aren't part of standard (basejka) so you have to know the mod in question, really, as was said.

JA+ is a mod that adds to the game, which also adds new console commands for it aswell.
If it's JA+ then the code to type to see all the cmds is : /aminfo
/aminfo on japlus servers
or
/help on Lugor mod servers
