I was wondering (although I think that I won't be able to) if you could fly ships other than the flyable fighters and frieghters in your own created missions.

I made a small simple mission, put player one in a shuttle and gave it orders but it goes about them like it's on auto-pilot. This is the same with the Escort Shuttle.

What's going on? And is there anyway to stop it?

What you would need to also do is to change in shiplist.txt where it says "Nonflyable" to "Flyable".
