Does anyone know if it is possible to make playable turrets on capital ships? If so how do you do it?

no... first of all the Capital do not have the correct Mesh for a Gunner turret. And you can only have a maximum of 2 operable turrets on any one craft.

The XWA engine dose not allow it for craft with hardpoints.. and not turrets. you would ahve to Re-extract the Original OPT and mess around with the Meshes, then put it all together.. with a SLIGht chance of some of the harpoints working
