I heard the venators were cancelled in the retail version, but in demo we get to build some venators, and V-wings, so, have petrogliph guys changed their minds about cancelling it, or it's just available in the demo version ?

Venators are not cannot be built in the retail version (although I am sure they will mod this). It appears that the pirates have access to the venator in the retail version.

And what about the V-Wing ??

The Venator was removed from the real version of the game. We cannot confirm that pirates have the unit either, as the demo was made before the decesion to ex the Venator was made. So the pirates may not have the Venator. The V-Wing and Venator may make cameo appearences but they are not buildable by either the Rebels or Empire. They are mainly for the story arc and may make cameos though will not be playable.
