The file format is .snm, or Smush, a proprietary in-house design. It is based loosely on the Adler32 compression algorithm, which compresses and decompresses the file as is needed. Each frame has it's own wav file attatched to it, so the sounds stay consistent with pictures. All images are deltad, so they will be decompressed using one of Mark Adler's codec modules, starting from I believe Block 16 of each section.
Whatever codec format from Mark Adler they used, they also altered the source code to a large extent, so it's harder to crack. I've given up on decoding it, since I don't want more than two brain tumors.
