When I installed this MOD into my Override, I launch the game and get this when I draw out my lightsaber.

Can someone tell me why my blades are acting berserk and what I can do to make it look right?

Hi there! I think the problem is, that maybe something perhaps happened and someone edited the lightsaber color files. You will need to extract the files using Kotor Tool, (located in ERF>Texture Packs>swpc_tex_tpa.erf>W>w_lsabreblue01.tpc through w_lsabreyelo01.tpc) And put them in your Override folder. I think that is the problem, and its fixed mine before.

Hope this helps! :D

Could you reword that? I couldn't really understand what you meant by the third sentence..

I got a little lost there.. could you clarify please?

To put it in a nutshell, thats the way the author made the mod =/

So you can either make your own or un-install his (in my opinion) poorly done version

OK, I did the thing you told me correctly, but it still hasn't done much effort in "making it look right". I have to agree with The_Maker, this MOD is pretty poor if you ask me.

The guy that made it released it on PCGameMods pretty recently, the 7th I believe. More than 1,030 downloads from that MOD, strange.. would it be working for other people if the MOD is that popular?

EDIT 2: I fixed it, I just deleted all my other MODs in my Override folder and it works now. Now, with it working, I can re-install all the lightsaber hilt MODs that I wanted back into it. Will the flicker MOD still work?

Did you put the .txi AND the .tga files in? I do not think it will have a big effect judging by the fact that the red lightsaber texture looks like This (http://img157.imageshack.us/img157/1064/wlsabrered013dm.jpg) :disaprove

I smell Paint, the Microsoft kind...

And if you ae wondering why his mod has so many downloads, its probably because of his false advertising. (In-accurate pictures)

Well, I wanted the cool lightsaber hilt MODs in, but apparently, that's what's messing up the flicker MOD. The .mdl files and the .mdx files are the source. Once I take them out, the flicker mod works. Maybe there should be another version where it can work with any lightsaber hilt MOD.

That's impossible, due to the way lightsabers are handled in the game itself.
