So, I've tried EVERYTHING I can think of to get the sound files out of the game folders. More specifically, TSL's StreamVoice WAVEs. How can I edit/recompile dialogues if I can't play the sound files? I've tried to extract them with various tools, stupid things like copying and renaming them... And they won't play in any of my audio programs.

Is there a way to get these WAVE files to play in a sound editor?
