How do you do to hav a savegame with all cutscene?

Are you asking how do you save a game during a cutscene?

Are you wanting to watch a cutscene over and over again? Save right before you activate the cutscene, and don't save when you get in there. Then you can turn off your system and load up where you saved, and watch that cutscene as much as you choose to! YAY!

That's what annoys me, I wish I could view those over and over again as well as the major cutscenes.
