help with rar files

I wanted to try this new lightsabre mod.

I downloaded it but in the instructions it said there should be two files in it. But all i got is this ProngedSabres.rar file and I cant open it.

I obviosly dont have the right program, can any help me with this please?

you need winrar to open rar files you can search for winrar via google
