Hey all, I'm fairly new to modding (And new to this Forum as well), and I was wondering, is there anyway to change NPC/Party Member models?

To be specific, I'm trying to replace Vrook with white Jedi robes and the Jesus-looking player head.

Is there any modelling involved, such as weighting? Or is there a simpler way of doing this?

I appreciate any help you can give me. :)
