I am editing the difficulty options .2da to make the game a little more difficult. I get it to how hard I like the enemies to be but now it is too hard to spike computers, open security boxes and plant mines. Is the a seperate setting for stuff like that that I could just lower, or do I now have to edit each door separately?

Which game are you modifying? If it's K2:TSL you could edit autobalance.2da instead, which would allow you to alter the toughness of (most) opponents while leaving other aspects of the game unaltered.
That mechanism does not exist in KotOR1 though...
Yes I am editing TSL. I did take a look at that auto balance thing before and now I think I understand it a little better. I think I know what everything means except for crmod. What does that mean?

Challenge Rating modifier. It's used in the calculations to determine how much experience you'd get for defeating an opponent belonging to that multiplier set.
