Help! My MP isn't working

Hey um..... when I start up MP at the screen just b4 it goes to menu, a Microsoft pop-up comes up saying that the application has been forced to quit.
When I click to see what the problem is it comes up with:

Error Siganture
AppName: jamp.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.0 ModName: jamp.exe
ModVer: 1.0.0.0 Offset: 000ddc60

Help!

Also I have reinstalled it several times and yes it is a 100% legitimate cd. When I first bought it in about July/June it was running perfectly. I got bored with it so uninstalled it. Now that I've reinstalled it Mp is not working!

I have a friend who has the same problem. But only with 1.02. Are you running a pentium 4 by any chance?
