Game Crashes during eagle fight

Why Oh why must I have to crash during such a cool level? Yea, so every time I go to fight Eagle in Velvetopia the game crashes. I'm now stuck in a harsh cycle of starting the game fighting the eagle and after I get a few blows in the game crashes. I have the PC version with the V1.04 upgrade.
