"It's about time you had some sense in you, and actually spoke something smart," said Ben.
"Hey, you revealed that -"
"I was a Jedi? They had already suspected something, and were going to kill us. It pays to have the force by your side you know."
Opening his mouth to say something rude, Jarko was cut off by Akya.
"Regardless, we still need to get off this rock."
"Got any ideas? Korderon's close, or maybe Telos, although I think we might get thrown in jail if we went there; or perhaps we could hit Tatooine, although I hate that place." Jarko spoke over the top of the noise.
(You can join on this planet, saying that you're looking for a ship to ride on (if we pay you)) (If you guys wanna be jedi, tell me, and I'll tell the council that you're strong in the force or somehting like that)
"I don't care. Wherever," said Ben, distracted.
"Lets say Korderon then, I have some contacts there in the local town. Good out of the way place, too. Not many people would look there. Come on, idiots, lets go." They ran to the Ebon Hawk, watching for signs of pursuing mercenarys.
(Ummmm......Where the heck is Korderon?????) (Do you wanna be a jedi RobQel?)
After they got inside the Ebon Hawk, Ben said, "Let's lift off already. And don't call me an idiot or I'll slap you."
"Slap me? Isn't that against the Jedi code or something?" asked Jarko, smirking.
"What the other Jedi masters don't know, won't hurt them," replied Ben.
"Korderon is a remote, lush planet, kind of like Yavin IV or Dantooine. I'm punching in the coordinates right now." He got off from the cockpit. "I think I'm going to go to sleep for now. Wake me up if anything happens, or when we get to Korderon."
(((BTW, I meant the sleeping part :D. And no Jedi, you see, you still don't know everything about me Jedi_Knight_707 :). If you've got anything else, just PM me, I'll respond to it)))
"Oh, goody, I get to stay awake. Thanks very much," said Ben sarcastally. "Actaully Jarred, you stay up. I'm the most important, I need sleep the most."
Pulling out his blaster, Jarred said, "Are you saying that I'm not important?"
"Yes, I am actaully," replied Ben pulling out his lightsaber.
((((How could you not wanna be a Jedi? Oh, well.))))
Steven sat in a seat with his feet on the table reading through a datapad of scheduals."The Fat lady, The Red Higer, The Fluffy thing... Wait who calls their ship the Fluffy Thing!? And the... Marry-go-round..."
Stevens boss came up to him and asked him "Hey Steve. Got any plans for tomorrow?"
"Yeah. I was going to take the kids for a day out somewhere. Why?" he replied
"You dont have kids.."
"Dammit, your right. Can we retended I do?"
"Nope. I need you to come tomorrow. Scars ain't here tomorrow."
"Neither am I. However I a bit more money could perswade me."
The boss just looked at Steven.
"I want my usually pay and Scars. Deal?"
"Deal." He replied and left.
In space above Korderon
The Star Hawk zoomed out of hyperspace over the planet, coming to a stop in space as Jarred contacted the planet, hoping to get a landing space authorized. Jarko woke up and walked out of the crew quarters. Looking out over the planet, his eyes narrowed in disbelief. "Since when did Korderon have its own fleet?", he said. Following his gaze, Jarred spotted three or four large battleships, surrounded by ten or more cruisers.
Aboard the Ebon Hawk
The Exile's heart leapt. At long last, could their search for Revan be over?
"Thanks for the tip, Mical," said Tysyacha, beaming from ear to ear with
a red-lipped smile. "We'll be sure to stop on Corellia pretty soon. We're
running out of fuel anyway." The communication console fell silent.
After a pause, Atton spoke up. "Wait a minute. What if Revan doesn't
want anyone to find him? If I were a Sith Lord who had repented of my
Dark Side ways and was hiding out on another planet, I wouldn't exactly
want anyone to know my name was Revan. The Sith are still out there,
and what if they want revenge upon the one who refused the mantle of
Dark Lord? Malak was pretty much a useless traitor, I agree, but better
to blame someone alive than dead. At least, that's what the Sith think."
"You're right." The Exile sighed. "I've been thinking about that, too, but
if the Sith are still a major threat--what am I thinking? Of course they are!--
then perhaps Revan still wants to stop them. He may need our help. Once I
reveal who I truly am, the Jedi Exile who served under him in the Mandalorian
Wars, and who you are, he might join up with us. He can train us both again."
Atton scoffed, smiling his roguish grin. "Revan? Need help? Please. Revan
is Revan. You heard what Darth Traya said. Something about 'when I looked
at him, I looked into the heart of the Force.' Why would the former Dark Lord
of the Sith need help, now that he's regained his power through the Light Side?"
"I don't know, but even Revan had Bastila Shan by his side." Tysyacha winked.
"Point taken. I'll set a course for Corellia, and then our search will end." He
sighed happily. "After all that fruitless searching, Revan! I can't wait."
"Me neither," said the Exile. She hoped that the powerful Jedi would accept
her, rejoin her and Atton Rand, and let her call him "Master" once again.
The Ebon Hawk came to rest without a hitch on a vacant Corellian landing pad.
Arrogant sob thought Jarred.
"All right, since you are so important, tell me why at least."
((No offence, Jedi_Knight_707, that's just for the story :)))
Meanwhile over Telos the Sith have been losing the tide and now only the Vuqlih' Stratson now remained of the fleet, along with some fighter squadrons. Hexen stood, watching his followers humiliate themselves more and more as the battle progressed.
Idiots frowned Hexen, disappointed.
"Open the Air-Lock for me." began Hexen, exiting the Bridge "I have a little surprise for them."
Hexen made his way through the large dark corridors, which were required to be built for his size, since he was even taller than a Wookie. He came to the Air-Lock, the soldiers there saluted him.
"Sir?"
Hexen turned to the officer that started speaking with him.
"Yes?"
"Er..." began the officer "Mind if I ask what will happend to them?"
Hexen gave an imaginable smile, since he didn't have a mouth.
"You will see..."
Hexen exited through the Air-Lock and stepped on the Hull of the ship. He didn't need a space suit since he didn't have to breath, and he wasn't a living being... Or he isn't anymore; but no one could tell really. The Hull of the Vuqlih' Stratson was under heavy fire, but the fire always seemed to miss Hexen.
On the Soujourn, Carth Onasi kept issuing orders to the soliders:
"Keep firing around that area, their shields are getting weaker on the entire ship. The fllet fired and damaged heavily the Sith War ship. Suddenly, the shields broke and the Sith war ship suffered great damage, nearing it's destruction.
"We've almost go it, sir." yelled cheerfully Admiral Onasi's assistant "It's almost over."
Now it's my turn thought Hexen and stood at the center of the hull of the Sith ship, with his head turned up to the ships.
One of the soldiers on the Soujourn frowned towards the Sith ship.
"Sir?"
Admiral Onasi approached the soldier.
"What is it?"
"Look over there." pointed the soldier.
The Admiral looked towards the heavily damaged Sith ship and saw a small bark figure standing in the middle of it.
"Shoot him."
The fleet began shooting at the Sith Lord, thinking that killing a Sith Lord, would win them a trophy that they will cherish until the rest of their lives.
However, Hexen; as soon as the blasters approached him; drew out his Grey sabre (grey, not silver) and slashed it left, upper-right and up; destroying 13 fighters.
What the hell?! thought the soldier on the Soujourn.
Hexen holstered his lightsabre and put his hands next to each other and began saying the words:
"Ungle'sh, Churtase Smaledon. Qav'hin Vindzah' Kreshunleghishan Gashen'cali."
As he spoke them more and more dark energy streemed around him, creating a bigger and bigger globe in his hand.
"What is he doing?" asked the assistant. Carth wasn't sure, but it didn't look so well.
"Fahlesthan, Ydi'um Quansetuarhn"
"Fire at him! He must be doing a ritual!"
The fleet opened fire at Hexen, but they still missed him.
"Ghang'lesh Daryhi'ad Banse'h."
Hexen began gathering the dark matter faster and faster, and the matter began surrounding him faster and faster.
"Kahl'hianh Estar'hn... Kavh'ein!"
Hexen released the giant dark glowing globe at a Republic Hammer Head and it exploaded in a humongous explosion that blew up 4 more ships.
Steven walked to the ship that had just landed. "Let see this ship is the..." He looked up at the new ship "Holy Nerf Hearder! The Ebon Hawk!" He ran up to the ship and placed his hand on it.
"I haven't seen you in ages. I'm aware you've been involved in atleast two more planets destructions. Thats a record for alot of ships..." Steven stopped talking to the ship when he saw the owners of the ship walking down the ramp.
"Hello. Mr. and Mrs. whats-her-face. Usually you get met by a person named Scar but he's enter the witness-protection service or something so you got me. Dose your ship need repairing?"
Jarred looked at those battle ships.
"I heard of private fleets. But this is ridicoulous." commented Jarred.
"And since when do agricultural planets have battle ships." he looked a bit better towards them "Since they don't seem to be Republic ships, this is really something weird."
He thought a little and then said:
"Well, let's hope that they know how to be pleasant." said Jarred, tapping with the console "If there is anything about private fleets that I learnt; it is that they can be really inpolite and unwelcome. Hold your fingers, people."
Korderon
"Yeah, it is." Said Jarko. "Well, lets hope for the best, I guess." The ship came in through the atmosphere, followed closely by several security airspeeders. Finally it came to land in a small landing area next to a settlement. Whats with all the extra security? Jarko thought as he looked around at the guards and the amassing troops. Queen Terana must either be getting paranoid, or she's decided that she can somehow conquer the Republic.
"Or maybe there is something wrong with the Republic." said Jarred pointing to the news that were going live at Telos.
"Terana has never wanted to be involved in any kind of war, though. And why do I get the feeling that these ships aren't for the Republic? There hasn't been any mention of them. And they couldn't be joining the Sith, they've fought the Sith before."
"These aren't exactly friendly ships," said Ben, suddenly.
"What do you mean?" asked Jarred rudely.
"You shall learn in due time."
"Don't give me that, Jedi. Whatever Terana is doing, I'll say this: I don't like it. But that isn't exactly our problem, remember?" They were admitted access to the residential area. After renting a room in the apartment area, Jarko decided to hit the local cantina for a drink. Nearby, two Korderon soldiers were talking, still partly in their blackish-grey body armor.
"I can't believe the training routine they're running us on." one said.
"Commander Drinn wasn't like this when he was with the militia; I guess the promotion got him drill-happy." the other muttered.
"Wonder why Terana decided to mobilize an army."
"Who knows. Perhaps one of the royal guard knows, but good luck getting it out of them."
"Did you see those ships that Hoersch-Kessel churned out for us? Deadly ships, they're absolutely loaded with automated defense systems."
"Yeah, they're good, you can't deny that."
"Say, did you hear about that rumor that Terana met with the diplomat from Trandosha?"
"I did, but I didn't give it one thought. Why would the queen even go near those brutal lizards?"
"I dunno, but then again, why is the Queen doing all that she is doing? All this stuff with the fleet and the army, and the increased communications with other systems; it just seems strange."
"Forget about it." the soldier advised.
The talk then turned to the local dancers, at which Jarko left, uninterested. He had even more questions now, but still didn't have any answers. Shrugging his shoulders, he forgot about it and headed back.
Above Kashyyyk
The Republic fleet was little more than floating debris in space. There was no more noise of ships firing, and fighters exploding. A small little shuttle zoomed through the wreckage, obviously a Sith design. "Yes, my lord, we were successful, as you can see. Our strike team boarded the flagship and slaughtered the Jedi on board."
"Good." Lord Hexen's said, sounding furious like he always did. "What about the admiral?"
"We don't know, my lord. He got away." Hexen sneered at him.
"Find him. The two commanders are nothing to me; if I kill him, then the Republic's army is done with. Otherwise, Sith-" The masters body was lifted up in the air. The Sith felt pressure building around his body. "-You know what will happen." The Sith was tossed away, gasping. Silently, he turned to the dark Jedi around him, ordering them to search every wreckage and every planet nearby.
Akya was there waiting for Jarko when he arrived at his rented apartment. She stood leaning against the wall with her arms folded. She unclasped them and let them hang down as he approached. He looked at her in silence for a moment. Then she spoke.
"I just wanted to apologize for Ben. I know the jedi can come of as cocky. But he's smart and I trust him. We were friend in the jedi academy. Please trust my judgment on this one. He'll come in handy."
She smiled and rested her hand on his shoulder and gave him a reassuring look. "So what did you find out?"
Walking over, Ben said, "I'm not cocky. Listen, I just want to apologize for my rude behavior. I've been really distracted as of late, and I haven't had much sleep. But, yes I'm smart, and I hope that you trust me. 10 years of friendship will hopefully do that."
"It might take ten years... But oh well, forget it. I just kind of distrust Jedi- see, it- well, it goes a long way back. Akya is pretty much the only force-user I have trusted for a while."
He grinned at Ben and then turned back to Akya. "Well, not much. I did find a few Korderon soldiers that seemed like they had no idea what Terana was doing. But apparently Hoersch-Kessel got a contract for the ship, that I found out. There has been some rumors floating around that Terana has been meeting secretly with the Trandoshan senator, but I don't know if its true."
((I have an idea Maybe when one of you have a problem you think of who can help. Then you think of me, so you try and find me. Something like that.
I'd like to get into this thread sometime LOL))
Jarred walked through the door of the apartment, carrying a large cyllinder. He dropped it in the middle of the room and panted. He wiped the sweat from his fore head and told to everyone:
"I brought some food that we could use. Maybe if we get hungry this will give us the neceseary supplies. Although the food isn't exatcly tasty... I thought that maybe we could save a lot of money by buying a lot of food."
He then smiled and said: "Enjoy!"
((By the way this is how my character looks like: Picture (
http://www.clubic.com/photo/00092279.jpg);) It's the best I could find, but you'll get the idea))
Hexen waited on the platform above the forset. Enraged and happy with his victory he still waited for his servants to come back with the Admiral. After 10 minutes, a few soldiers stepped on the platform, holding a giant wookie in a cage.
"Here he is, sir. The one and only Roggin."
Hexen turned and frowned at the sight of the Wookie. Roggin was a Wookie legend, the best hunter amongst them that was respected throughout the Galaxy as well. Roggin furiously tried to break free, but he couldn't. Hexen approached him.
"And now you will tell me, where Admiral Onasi is." Said Hexen.
The Wookie let out a powerful growl on rage and Hexen looked disappointed.
"How should you know? Because I know that you always seem to be in touch with these pathetic officers."
The Wookie growled yet again and Hexen started crushing him.
"Do not try to piss me off, because you will end up dead."
Hexen, crushed 20 bones in Roggin and let him go, the Wookie cried silently because of the pain.
"Take him away." said Hexen and the soldiers listened "I want this planet teared apart. Find Admiral Onasi; I want him alive!"
(((I'll try and fit you in somehow, Jedi Atomic, don't worry.)))
Korderon
"Thats good. I just hope you haven't been sneaking out extra food while you were on the ship." He turned back to his datapad, watching news flash by. I wonder if there is anyone on this planet that would know anything about whats happening... Wait, I know! Tekla, he might know. He turned toward them, "Hey, I'm going to be gone for a little while. Anyone wants to come with me they can." He headed out.
Tekla walked out of his apartment and started for the cantina. He stepped inside and everyone stared at him. "What?!" questioned Tekla as he continued to his seat and ordered a drink and a bite. Everyone stopped looking at him and went back to whatever before he walked in.
After an hour of almost fruitless searching, Jarko finally tracked Tekla to the local cantina- Just where he had just been. After taking a public landspeeder to the area to save time, he headed in. Leaning leisurely against the wall, and ordering Tarisian Ale, he finally spotted Tekla, eating at the bar. Finally... He wondered over by Tekla, who didn't notice him. "Long time no see, my friend." He said cheerfully, startling the mercenary.
"May I ask who this is?" asked Ben, at Jarko's shoulder.
Jarko started, he hadn't seen Ben come in.
"Well, is anyone going to come in and startle you now, to follow this up? Anyways, his names Tekla, a merc like me. I met him a long time ago, and I thought he might know some things that are going on." Tekla glanced at Ben.
Seeing the look in Tekla's eyes, Ben said, "Don't worry, I'm a Jedi. We don't kill mercs. Well, we don't kill innocent mercs."
"Thats a relief." Jarko muttered. He looked at Tekla.
She turned to Atton, who was looking confused and amazed. "Hello. This
is my husband, Atton Rand, the Ebon Hawk's new pilot. He's very
good, even better than the best droids could have been nowadays."
"Gee, thanks," smirked Atton, poking Tysyacha in the side with his elbow.
"He's led me here, even though we were both looking for you." The Exile
suddenly grew very silent, and very serious. "I know who you are," she
whispered, "or, rather, who you were." A long pause. "Would you like to
come aboard the Ebon Hawk, your ship, and talk? I have a lot that
I'd like to discuss with you." Tysyacha certainly had lots of questions.
Had this engineer, Steven--or Revan, as he had been called in his darker
days--heard of the death of Darth Traya? What about Darth Nihilus, or
Traya's apprentice, Sion? Did he know what the "true threat" was that
Traya had spoken about before she was laid to rest in the Trayus Core?
Ooc:Do you mind cutting the post "You, however, may know me as a former comrade, Tysyacha Dvukhsotnaya." I would like to choose what my character says if thats allright with you.
Jarred sat in the corner of the apartment, cleaning his pistol careleslly and watching outside the window. Korderon is changing, it is much different than the last time he had visited it. He had never seen much of these new buildings that now stood there: Medium Sky Scrappers, squares, main street and other thing. It seemed to him like that he didn't see enough of this planet, or he didn't just have the patience to see it. He snuffed and continued polishing his pistol.
On Kashyyk Hexen was becoming impatient by each passing minute. The search was taking to long and Admiral Onasi should have been found by now. A officer entered onto the platform, running and approaching Hexen.
"What is it, general?" asked Hexen impatiently.
"We couldn't find him my lord." began the general "The forest is too large and we are losing many men."
"Your incompetence is starting to anger me, general." said Hexen using the Force to try and crush his bones. "You are making me believe more and more that you are a traitor."
The General couldn't move, he shivered, cryed silently and whispered desperatley: "Please stop."
"I knew I shouldn't have trusted a Man to do a Sith's job." he released the general "I am going down to search for Admiral Onasi." said Hexen, continuing to the ramp, while the general got up slowly since he was in pain.
"And when I come back..." Hexen halted for a second pointing towards the officer "I expect to see a prepared cell for the Admiral. I have a question to ask him."
Hexen climbed the ramp and descended down to the Shadowlands, where Sith troopers were waiting in fear, thinking that something will ambush them.
"Out of my way weaklings." Yelled Hexen pushing 5 soldiers to the side.
Hexen went deep into the Kashyyk forest, the stench of animal fodder surrounded the area; Ruining the enitre enviorment. Hexen made it to a clearing when he suddenly heard something. He looked around peculiarly. He continued slowly across the small plain. The tensity became bigger and bigger. In the bushes, were people wiht blaster rifles. They were ambushing, watching, waiting for the right moment.
"On my mark." said a lesser officer.
Hexen continued, looking around.
"Get set." the soldiers aimed towards Hexen.
Hexen's foot steps became slower and slower, and he stopped for a bit in the middle of the plain.
"Shoot!"
The soldier jumped out of the bushes and started shooting at Hexen. Hexen quickly drew out his grey lightsabre and slashed it to his behind; deflecting 4 hits towards two soldiers, killing them. He quickly slashed the sabre to his other behind and deflected the shots up. He then ran towards a group of 8 soldiers that were shooting at him. He slashed his sabre to the lower left, deflecting the shots to the ground; forward, deflecting it into the head of a soldier; half circled right, shooting 3 soldiers and he reached them slashed to his lower left, behind over the soldier and slash for about 180 degrees; killing 2 soldiers, stabbing one in the heart and cutting ones head off. On the other side 6 soldiers were shooting and hit Hexen several times. Hexen grunted with each hit but he didn't even bother. He put those six soldiers in the air and syphoned the Force out of them, and dropping them on the ground as skeletons. He then saw to his left 8 soldiers running towards the North. Hexen created a fire ball quickly and launched it at them blowing the soldiers up and sending them 5 km away. But then Hexen noticed behind him the wanted soldier: Carth Onasi. Hexen turned and use Force Choke to catch Carth. He succeeded. Carth struggled, trying to release his neck, but Hexen controlled him. Hexen turned Carth towards him to see him.
"I have a few questions for you Admiral."
Carth passed away because he was exhausted and Hexen released him and took Carth to the Vuqlih' Stratson.
(OOC: Is what I put in my edited post better? Sorry, steven. :))
Steven raised an eyebrow "Do you usually greet people like this or is this just some new greeting your trying out. Because I would just like the simple hello or good to meet you."
Steven took a better look at Tysyacha "Oh s***!" He turned around and started pacing up and down "Great. I knew I should of chosen a different job. A droid salesmen, noone looks at the face of a droids salesmen. Or maybe evern a cab driver."
He turned around at the smuggler and at the jedi exile "Don't tell anyone who I am! First of all, how did you find me!?"
"A...friend of ours told us," said Tysyacha gently. "He was on board the
Ebon Hawk with us when we tried to find the Sith Lords. I'm sorry
for my strange greeting, but, well--Atton and I really haven't seen much
of anyone for a good long time. And don't worry. I'd never reveal a thing."
She held out her hand for the engineer to shake, and Atton nodded his head.
"This friend of ours was no Sith spy. His name was Mical, one of the most
dedicated Jedi apprentices I've ever met, actually. Gray hair, deep thoughts."
"Well lets get into my.. I mean your ship. I'll answer your questions. I fear theres going to be alot of talking on my part" Said Steven, sighing of relief. Maybe this was opperuinty to come clean. To get what was resting on his chest for some time.
Tysyacha winked. "Even though this has been my ship for the past two and
a half years, I have never forgotten its real owner. Atton and I have wanted
to find you for so long. As one of the Masters I once served told me, 'Looking
at him is like looking into the heart of the Force.' She's more right than she knew."
Once they were aboard the Ebon Hawk, they all sat down. "I'd like to
hear your questions first, and your story. How have you...lived...all this time?"
((I'll change the meeting, ok? if it's alright with you.))
"I didn't do anything this time!" Tekla said as he jumped out of his seat looking at Jarko and Ben. "Oh, sorry, I thought you were officials. What is it you wish who ever you ar......Wait. I think I know you."
"Simple. After I killed Malak me and Bastila on the Ebon Hawk but she betrayed me and left me high and dry on Fest station. She left with my ship! And my droids! And my wookiee! So I found away to escape the space station and came here. I got a job, a few girlfriends and lived like a normal person. Now my question. What are you doing with my ship? I thought the the Fest stations guns did a number on the ship."
"Wow, Tekla, a little jumpy nowadays on Korderon?" Jarko leaned closer. "Remember me, a friend from way back?"
Hexen carried the Admiral back to the ship. Officers were looking at him strangely, as if disgusted that he would go down to the planet himself and do the "dirty work." Incompetent fools... he muttered. His personal shuttle zoomed up to the Vuqli'h Stratson. A commander was waiting for him. "Sir, there is a message for you." Snarling, he went into his personal quarters.
Several minutes later, a Sith officer spotted him coming back to the bridge. Strangely, Hexen looked almost shaken by something, a bit enraged and yet fearful at the same time. The officer wondered who the message had been from to cause Hexen to look like that, but he knew better than to ask questions; especially with him in that kind of mood.
Carth Onasi felt weak, butcherred and pulverised. He groaned and started opening his eyes slowly. The pain in his eyes was aslo there, pressing him, killing him. He opened his eyes very slowly and when he did he saw that he was in a dark room. He was in the middle of it, but someone was in front of him.
"Who are you?" asked Carth ancilously.
The figure stepped out of the shadows, with it's arms corssed.
"Ah. You are awake." began the figure, Carth could notice it's red monstrous eyes that were the only things that could be seen "I supose that you know why are you here."
"No, I don't." said Carth, he tried to get up but he noticed that he was tied to the chair on which he was sitting "But if the Republic finds out about this-"
"What Republic?" grined the figure "You really think that the Republic can stand up against me?"
"They can against anyone." frowned Carth while the figure walked around him, like a stalker "Even aginst you. And who are you anyway?!"
The figure stopped and it showed itself in it's full light.
"I am Darth Hexen; I am known by all, but yet known by no one; I am the darkness that you fear; I am the thing that destroys your precious Republic and I will be it's doom. So if you wish to keep it, I suggest that you cooperate."
Carth frowned.
"I don't think that your goal is to spare it."
"Relax Admiral." said Hexen "I only have one question to ask you. Where are the Vains"
Carth arched an eyebrow.
"What the heck it that?"
Hexen pulled Carth Onasi up to his height.
"Do not take me for a fool, Admiral." yelled Hexen "I know that you saw all of them."
Carth remained strong and confident, even though he really didn't know what the Vains are.
"You won't scare me."
"But I will kill you." threatened Hexen.
"So I ask one last time: WHERE ARE THEY?"
Carth halted for a second.
"Piss off!" yelled Carth
Hexen threw Carth on the wall and Hexen held him by the throath and started charging the fire ball. Carth still remained strong, not afraid to die. Hexen was enraged and wanted to kill Carth. The moment was close and the fire ball became bigger and bigger. But then Hexen let Carth go and the fire ball disappeared.
He might still be of use to me. Not yet. thought Hexen.
"You better reconsider your attitude and answer Admiral." threatened Hexen "You life and the life of others depend on it."
Carth only sat down and he watched as the Sith Lord began to exit. Carth felt hatred and wished to kill this monster that had just interogated him.
"And Admiral." stopped Hexen for a bit and Carth didn't pay much attention to him "I believe that Queen Terana might wish to... delay that joining with the Republic."
Carth rose his head a bit and Hexen knew that Carth was listening
"She is perhaps... Tired of false promises and perhaps of other things."
Hexen laughed a bit and left the cell and Carth wanted to chase and kill Hexen. Carth fell on the bench, Terana was in grave danger and something had to be done about it. He taped on the wall and searched the entire cell, there was no way of getting out, nor was there a way to communicate anyone. This is hopless he sighed. He fell again to the bench on his side and he felt something stab him in the right hip. He pushed his right hand into his pocket and got up. He pulled out a tiny sharp object. When he saw it, his grin disappeared.
Or is it? thought Carth. The tiny object was a sort of communication device, he examined if it was broken. It was still intact and he put it on his ear. He wanted to activate it but he stopped... Only one person could be hailed with that thing and that person would hardly help him, but he had to take the risk. He pressed the button and waited for ths signal to be recieved by the unknown reciever.
Jarred was playing carelessly his favourite instrument: the Bickenstrick. The Bickenstrick was a large instrument for blowing it let out sonuds mostly based on the chromatic scale. He played it for a while when something rang. He stopped and looked around, but he shrugged and continued. Again it rang, he left the instrument and started looking around. It was still ringing and no communicator was the one that was ringing. And then he stopped.
Could it... No, it can't be thought Jarred. He pulled out of his pocket a sharp object. He put it on his ear and recieved the transmission. There was silence.
"Hello?" asked Jarred.
"Who is there?" asked Carth, not realising who that is.
"Why do you care?" asked Jarred not realising who it is either "And how did you get this frequency?"
"I am an officer!"
"So what? This is for commandos only."
"Oh, you're going to tell me?!"
"Yeah, I am! You're not even a soldier!"
"I am an Admiral you idiot."
"Prove it."
"I am the capitan of the Sojuourn."
"What's that?"
"Carth Onasi's ship."
Jarred froze in place and couldn't believe what he was hearing.
"And who are you?" asked Carth.
"I am a..." began Jarred "Commando and I served waged war on Koriban."
"Prove it."
"Well, do you remember the soldier with the quasian accent. Well that was me."
A short moment of silence endured.
"Carth Onasi? Is that you?" asked Jarred
"Jarred Stone? Where have you been all this time?!"
"I resigned." replied Jarred "What do you want?"
"Shut up and listen." said Carth impatiently "My battery is running low and you need to do this. I want you to go to Korderon, there is a spy there that could help you. He knows something that is vital for the survival of that planet."
"Who could that be Admiral?" asked Jarred.
"His name is... I can't remember it, but he is a very stubborn guy that doesn't make sense and is very suspicious. Tell him that Carth sent you and tell him 'The snake is everywhere'."
"Why should I find him? It's not my war anymore whatever that is." replied Jarred calmly.
"Will you just shut up and listen!? This is a state of emergency! The queen is in danger! Make sure that she stays alive!"
"Politics are not my interest!" yelled Jarred
"And most importantly..." said Carth not paying attention to Jarred's excuses "Find Revan and the Exile. They are know how to fight this thing."
"What 'thing'? Who is Revan? Who is this Exile? Admiral, what kind of threat are we talking about!?"
The transmission ended.
"Hello. Hey! Answer me damn'it!"
Jarred deactivaited the device and dropped it on the table and sat in the chair thinking of the words the Admiral told him.
"So, Tekla, would you mind coming over to our apartment? We have some, er, important things to discuss." Jarko looked at Tekla. After a few moments he nodded. "All right, I'll go."

Hexen stood furiously on the bridge. Somehow, he would get that imformation out of Onasi; after all, the Admiral was only human. There was only so much he could endure. He would give him what he wanted: everyone did.
His mind wandered to the mysterious transmission he had recieved. As if they could stand against him too... They didn't want him to adopt this course of action. But who could stop him? Not even they could.
But strangely, inside his head, Hexen seemed to hear a small voice. They can't? Are you really so sure of that?... You've seen them, you are of them. Do you really know the full extent of what they can do?...
The Exile shook her head. "I can't remember how I came to be aboard
the Ebon Hawk. Two and a half years ago, I was in a fierce battle
against a female Sith Lord named Darth Traya. She used Force Storm and
Drain Life upon me quite a few times, and my memory of events that happened
before that is sometimes very hazy." She looked at Steven. "I'm very sorry."
Atton had questions, too. "You and I both probably know full well that the
Sith are still out there. Syscha tells me that after her battle with Kreia--I
mean Darth Traya, the old scow!--Traya told her that the 'true threat from
the Sith' was still out there. Funny. I thought she WAS the threat. I mean,
who would not consider a diabolical mastermind who wanted to kill the Force
as a threat? However, Traya still seemed to fear something, whatever it was."
The Exile asked a million-to-one-shot question. "Do you know what even a
Sith Lord like Traya might have been afraid of? I can't think of anything now."
"Theres no threat out there. I search several years using the Fest Scanning becon and there was nothing. I even watched the death of Traya. Nice work by the way. Good thing I was able to end your bond time. That was what she feared. She saw something in you that would ruin her plans. So she created a bong between you do. She would of tried a test or something to make sure it works."
Tekla walked with Jarko to his apartment. he opened the door and walked in inviting me to sit down.
"Well, to get to the point- what is going on here, with Terana creating a fleet and an army, and with all these rumors about what the Queen has been doing?" Jarko asked.
"Well, then," said the Exile, sighing and smiling with relief, "if there is
no Sith threat detectable anymore, would you mind if--Atton and I
need a home, for we've been wandering the galaxy for two and a
half years. Would you mind if we stayed near you, and got jobs
here at the hangar? I'd make a good computer technician, or
else I could do cleaning work. No one would notice me then."
Atton chuckled. "And I could, um...test-pilot repaired ships, as always."
"I have a spare room and two spare beds I don't use. You can turn the room into a bedroom and put the two spare beds together. And I could get you a job here. But what are you going to do with the Hawk?"
Tysyacha winked. 'Atton and I were thinking of giving it back to you."
"What?!" cried Atton. "You never said anything about this!"
"I know," said Tysyacha, "but think about it. Revan--I mean Steven, now--
can store the Ebon Hawk in an unused hangar. It'll be around in case we
need it, but I'm sure we won't since the Sith Threat has all but disappeared."
"I suppose you're right," said Atton, albeit doubtfully. "What do you think?"
