This mod, in my opinion, goes a long way toward rebalancing the classes. Fewer powers and feats are given out to make receiving them an actual reward and something to look forward to, and prevents you from feeling like you just have to take something you don't want at extremely high or low levels just because the game won't let you progress.

Also, the Tech Specialist has been given a boost to eight VP per level and now gains Defense at the same rate as everyone else.
