Yes, I know this topic has been beaten to death, but not two weeks ago, my copy of JO was working. However, I recently upgraded my computer around that time, and now, when I start MP, I get past the very first console (with the yellow lettering for loadup) but after that, it hits a white then gray screen and completely stops. No making it into the JO MP options or anything.

I've tried the compatibility fix, reinstalling and repatching (several times), downgrading my video drivers and it still won't work.

Here's the specs:

ASUS K8N motherboard
AMD Sempron 2600+
1 GB RAM
ATI 9600XT 128 MB with Catalyst 5.9 drivers
Windows XP Professional SP2

I'm about at my wits end with this thing, because I enjoy JO and would like to actually be able to play it again without having to redo the HD and whatnot.

well i'm pretty stumped. you update your mainboard drivers? for sound and whatnot as well?
