...in tsl?
Forgive me if this is already done, but I cant find it.
I like the kotor 1 scout clothes, one of the best clothing in the game in my opinion. I think I saw at least one screenshot of some mod that showed it in tsl, so I believe its still there in the game (somewhere).
Is there any mod for that, or if not, can someone tell me how to get it?

Well, the files are there. It's just a matter of implementing them into the game, via replacement of an armor type (presumably the Exile's clothing). I'm sure there's a tutorial around here somewhere.

Try appearance.2da if you want it as default clothing for a class, if so, just name the class ;)

Or model replacement. Is easy to implement and easy to remove.

Forgive my ignorance, but wich name the scout clothing has?
