What's up with the X-Wings, what could they get with the s-foils?

Yeah the Z-95 Headhunters don't split like the x-wings do, I think the x-wings will become available in tech level 4.

In fact, they only have two wings, and two laser cannons. They also have missile launchers instead of proton torpedo launchers. Important: Contrary to common belief, Z-95s do not have a hyperdrive. They do have shields, tough ;).

Two triple laser cannons actually, and they do have something in the way of shields, if thats what you want to call them. ;)

They were developed by incom, the same company that made the X-wing, thats why they look very similar.

Some of them had them. It wasn't standard though.

And X-wings then advanced X-wings are the upgrades

Yeah X-wing come along in the final tech level...
