You’ve bought it; you’ve played it; you’ve quite possibly beat it. As newly certified Psychonauts, we’re enlisting your help to recruit fellow PSI cadets and introduce them to the game Official Xbox Magazine says is one of their “favorite games ever.” Here’s the textbook approach, but feel free to adapt your own to suit your style:
* Invite your friends over for a highly informative presentation that you can download right here regarding the fabulous game Psychonauts. Tell them the Official Xbox Magazine scored the game a 9.5, PlayStation Magazine gave the game a 9 and Computer Gaming World awarded it a whopping 5 out of 5 stars of gaming perfection. The attached presentation is riddled with helpful information to help you build credibility and close the deal.
* Your friends become enlightened, wannabe PSI cadets and trot off to the store to buy Psychonauts.
* You send us your friend’s dated store receipt and the product UPC from his/her purchased Psychonauts game and we send you back either a Psychonauts t-shirt or mini-plasma ball (your choice) AND a deck of cards for you and your friend! You also become an invaluable member of our elite Psychonauts Recruiting Staff whose sole purpose is to help ensure that amazing games like Psychonauts continue to be made.

“Refer-A-Friend” program in effect from August 24th through September 24th, 2005. AWESOME! I got a little circle of people to get this, my friend it gonna get it (so I get some swag) and my little brother is gonna buy the Xbox version. (so my friend gets some swag) and somehow someone gets a convertable...

This is not fake. I work for Majesco and was asked to post this around. It was in the latest Psychonauts bulletin.
At a guess, I'm gonna say this is only available to people in the US as it's only running till sometime in september (and I think Europe won't get the game till NOvember or something) which is a pity as I would really love one of those T-shirts...or maybe a plasma ball. And I do know someone that I've convinced to get it (well, for xmas from his parents, but whatever). Maybe they'll do a similar deal here...or maybe not. Whatever, the PDF file is pretty funny in parts.
