There's the 3 level Dark Fores Mod "Demo" but that's about all I've really tried out. Other than the official maps I haven't spent any time looking for or testing out SP add on campaigns. I too would like to hear of some good ones.

Of course also the DF Mod may not be everyone's cup of tea because it's strictly gunplay with no force.

i downloaded some SP maps on Lucasfiles.. hope some more are on the way!?

some are great - some not so good - there are full blown mods as well as just maps. Massassi temple has some good ones as well.
