That isn't the only movie he's made.

It's gone beyond the point of beating a dead horse. Tim Burton is now beating the decayed corpse of what was once a mammoth.

Yes TNBC was an amazing movie and an great part of my childhood but please you have other things to do.

I will go to see Corpse Bride but my hopes are low. Lately Burton has been failing me.

Heh, commercials. Especially for the Corpse Bride. I suppose its because it was made by the same team that made TNBC. Team Burton! Get it? Haha. (bam!)

Aww. How has he been failing you? Other than slowly turn into George Lucas, who has been sucking the life out f SW? Although I admit Lego Star Wars was kind of cute...

Film trailers constantly use stock music in the background, and The Corpes Bride is very much in the style of TNBC (and probably has the same composer, I'm not sure). Yes, it is sort of a dead horse, but that's Trailer people for you.

Still... and it makes me sad Tim is getting credit for character design. A man at Dreamworks designed Victor.

Smon Yes I will give you royalties to it.

Tim Burton feels a little too pretentious such as when interviewed he talks about how deep and different his movies are then about how the movie industry can be fixed by allowing more types of movies then the usual genres to be made.

Lastly he feeds into the scariest fangirl things. Like he knows fangirls will love it.

Yeah that's what is also pissing me off. It was not just Tim Burton it was mostly other people. He comes up with some of the ideas..espically "reinventing things" *coughCorpseBridecough*

Anyway a few of my favorite psychosayings definantly come from Boyd. But I also love Fred's. When I first met him he started asking where his cannons were. It was great, my friend was a huge Napoleon fan and has researched a lot about him (to the point of obsession) and even though she is offeneded by most Nepolean sterotypes she could accept it since it was just Fred's projection of him.

True. I do admit I love some of his movies. A lot, really. But not because 'wowz itzsuuuuu orginal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1de ep!!!!!!!1' But because some of the moments actually strike a chord in me. He should be going for that feeling, not reinvinting he movie industry.

I like originality, here's a fun game you can play with your friends: Come up with the most original and good idea for a BLANK. I played this using SuperPowers, we came up with only one:

Matter Reshaping:The power to change solid/liquid/gas/plasma into solid/liquid/gas/plasma

This is hard as most of them have been done.

The ability to change color, not invisibility but blending in. Not very original but it's pretty early in the morning.

Hm...maybe a robotic power would be cool.

And I'm not that great with science.

About Tim Burton..I'm too hard on him sometimes. The whole industry looks at him and if he makes a wrong move. BAM! He's done for. However the director of TNBC and James and the Giant Peach was amazing as were the voice actors.

Tim's got some good connections. And his short early films weren't too bad.

FrankenWeenie!

I thought of a new power.

Severus
The ability to detach and reattach body parts.

Advantages
A. Small areas can be reached
B. Fake death
C. Falls can't kill you

Disadvantages
A.Control over body is limited
B.Abilites limited (Ex. Hands can't jump as far as legs.)
C.May cause headaches, nausea, stomachaces and should not be used by pregnant or nursing women/men.

Hey, for powers, what about the ability to change into different mythical species at will?

I believe that would be transoformation. Like Beast Boy (The Comics not the tv show) when he was able to be a T-Rex but the writers found they didn't like that subplot in the comics and erased that out of his powers.
