The Story

The Jedi and the Republic have become one once again and the Sith have been stopped, however they have risen, and a new lord has been chosen. Lord Hexon has sent a group of Dark Jedi to assasinate the Jedi Council. If they are not stopped, the Jedi will be defeated. Meanwhile, Sith and Republic Troopers are fighting fierce battles on multiple planets, including Onderon.

Gillis Merdan's silver helmet surveyed the desolate land before him; Blaster Carbine held loosely in his right hand, left hand resting on the hilt of his Vibrosword.

Behind him the six troopers from his Assault squad lent against the remains of laser scorched wall, the remainder of the company were scattered around the smouldering Onderon villiage. Some were overseeing the slaves as they dragged the smoking corpses of the Republic soldiers to mass graves, hastily dug at the rear of the Sith lines.

There was the crackle of the com. link as a transmission was recieved.

"Prepare for Republic counter attack." The order was direct and brief, Gillis had little doubt that his Masters wished themselves found by a simple trace of their orders.

Gillis Merdan checked the counter on his Carbine and waved for his squad to take up defensive positions around him as the first dust trails could be seen rising above the hills.
