Someone please give me a good product name to use for skin editting for jedi outcast please. I've been dying to make my own kind of jedi but cant find anything to do that.

Any sort of photo editor can do the job. I use Adobe Photoshop myself.

how do i do that.....cuase i wanna do it over another jedi or so from the game and how do i get that into the product im using to edit it.

Uh, the textures are just standard picture files (.jpg, .tga, .png) that you can open up and edit.
