Problem with Radion Mobility 9600

I can install the game with no problem it runs thru the startup screen create a character ect then after the opening movie I get audio but no Video. I run games such as WOW and Half-Life 2 with all video options enabled (ya i put this thing thru crap) and i've never had a problem with glitching ect. Is there a compatibility issue with the Mobility Family?
