Force Sence, Pull dont work

My Force Sense doesnt work at all, and to get Force Pull to work I have to Shift + ~ and type Force_Pull. I really need Force Sense so I can get through the door on Korriban. Can someone please help with this problem? Does anyone else have these problems with their game?
