This might not be the right place to post this everyone always posts here so here's my problem: I need to install DirectX 9.0c for Kotor2 but when I try to install at the last minute a message comes up saying "A cabinet file nescesary for installation cannot be trusted." If any computer "genuises" (is genuisis spelled right?) can help me please post!

Mine wont install either, so i just left it, i dont even know what it does!

Well on Kotor and many other PC games I have need DirectX to be able to run so I need it install it so I need more help than that.

Please post an answer! I need serious help on this!:(

you can download directX 9.0c from Microsoft. i'll post the link below.

note: i posted the full version of the file so that you can download it, install it, and be done with it instead of the "download the downloader" for directX 9.0c. its easier this way.

Still get the same error message. Kotor won't play without it and some other games I have don't play.

curious. go ahead and post your operating system, processor, and video card. i can't really help you any further without that info.
