The closest thing I can give you to a site with full walk-throughs for TIE Fighter is the old Black Knights' site (
http://www.benimar.com/black_knights). Their mission hints can be found from the "Black Knights Database" link, but keep in mind that they don't have a writeup for every mission. Hopefully, the ones they don't have are so straightforward that you don't need mission hints.
