Alright, when i hit 50% on CD2 during the installation an error pops up, saying to put

KOTOR2_1 into drive F:

And I did that, but the error still persisted. This has happened with many of my multi-disc games before, so it might have something to do with my computer. Though I did fix it on accident once, but I forgot what to do.

Mine used to do this occasionally. I'm not sure if your machine is doing the same, but when you get the dialog box with the Cd Drive Letter path... is it placing the blinking cursor before the drive letter?

ie -

blinking cursor --> | F:

I just make sure from now on that I make sure the cursor appears after the colon...

ie -

F: | <---- blinking cursor

Also, make doubly sure that "F" is indeed your CD/DVD drive letter. I've got 2 drives in my system so I have to watch for that one as well ;)

No, that's not the problem.
