Hi, I have made a new crystal. I have also made a new texture for the crystal.

My problem is where do I put my .tga file for the crystal and which file do I edit to have my new crystal look in, so when I edit the crystal in Kotor Tool I can change the model variation to my new look? Hopes this makes sense? :)

I have looked through some of the tutorials but couldn’t find any information about how to do this.
I have already used my crystal successfully to upgrade sabers in the game. Now I only need to change the look of the crystal.

Cheers

Look in your saber crystals .uti file. In there you'll see an entry for Model Variation. Remember what that number is.

Next, name your .tga using that number...

ie - if your model var. is 35, ergo = iw_sbrcrstl_035.tga

it's best (quite possibly necessary) that your crystal model var is the same number as your lightsaber model variation number. :)
