i think thats Sep's re-skin, i think his site is down so it should be in the Holowan plug-in 2

hmm... I clicked the link several times, and the first few times it wouldn't let me download the mod, and the next few times it directed me to the Holowan plug-in 2.

Matt has all ready given you the link, sadly the site to get it seperately has been down for some time now, you will have to DL the plug-in to get it...
