I wish to learn how to mod and have all the tool but I can't start till I learn how extract the files from the game and that is what I'm wondering.

You have Kotor or kotor II installed on both your xbox and Pc hdd?


If so then start with Fred Tetra's Kotor Tool, read all the tutes and go from there.
