Well guys seeing that no one has posted this yet, (which Im kind of surprised) I guess I will. In my latest issue of PC Gamer it says the following...
Lucasarts may of axed Sam and Max: Freelance Police last year but reports of the nearly finished projects demise may be premature. Wolfgang Kierdorf, founder of the german based Bad Brain Entertainment, hinted on a adventure game fansite. The inventory that the company is negotiations with LucasArts to release the game in 2005. If true, it could be the most celebrated resurrection to occur in the past 2,000 years.
Their you have it, always nice to hear good news.
Wow. For a second there I thought you had any new information to offer.
Still, I guess it's cool that Sam & Max was found to be worthy of more press. So, yay.
Wait... they're in negotiations to release, not a new game (which would still be cool), but the awesome, sweet, amazing Freelance Police!?
I hope someone ports it to Mac... I expect Aspyr will.
Here's a nickle kid get yourself a better computer!
No one else is bothered by the fact some lameoid german company is making this? Idk about you but i wish those guys at telltale would have done it.
First off, (if you believe they're really doing it) they've said that they wouldn't develop it, but they would contract the old team to complete it while they act as publisher. Since Telltale is comprised of some key team members, I wouldn't think they'd be completely uninvolved. Again, if you really think Bad-Brain isn't full of ****.
And secondly, yeah.
