Later versions are usually better/more stable/etc. Some even have whole brand-spanking-new features.

does 1.3.12 have the caulk tool? cause life is so much easier with the caulk tool :)

I haven't used Radiant since 1.3. I imagine 1.5 has some of SPoG's experimental features, like well, his new CSG subtract that doesn't suck, the completely new brush manipulation and all that. I used one of his alpha builds a year or two ago, it was like Radiant + 3ds max. Which = sex.
